| After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from Valparaiso University in 1971, Ed worked in the marketing area for Central Mutual Insurance, Meadowbrook Insurance and Andover Insurance. He was a principal in an independent agency, BOL Associates, for seven years prior to its acquisition by Campbell in 1983. Today, Ed’s duties include servicing a large book of property/casualty accounts, oversight of the related insurance company operation and directing the strategic decision-making process at the agency. Ed also is principally responsible for Campbell’s relationships with insurance companies and other business partners and serves as the lead executive in the organizations outside revenue development efforts. |

| Don joined Campbell in 2001 after accumulating broad business experience and holding senior positions in the steel and insurance industries. His most recent background includes fifteen years with Foremost and Farmers Insurance Companies and he has earned a Bachelors of Business degree from Western Michigan University and a Masters Degree from Aquinas College. Don is responsible for Campbell’s strategic and tactical planning, as well as all operational execution in pursuit of targeted results. Corporate areas reporting to Don include Claims and Loss Control, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Corporate Services, Customer Service, Marketing, Information Technology and others. Don is also responsible for Inside Sales operations in Campbell’s Personal Lines and Small Business Units. |

| Chris joined Campbell in 1995 as its Accounting Manager, succeeding and being promoted to the position which he now holds. Prior to Campbell, he spent nine years in public accounting and was a senior management member for the firm of Crowe Chizek & Company, LLP. He earned a Bachelors of Science degree in accounting from Calvin College, is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds a number of other credentials related to the fields of finance and investments. Chris oversees the company’s finance and accounting functions and plays a lead role in its use of Information Technology solutions. Broadly experienced, Chris also works heavily in areas of agency purchases and acquisitions. |
